They taste even better, bro! I didnt get to see the folks make them, but i should think they place large crepe sheets on the table and position an 5" x 6" area's worth of meat fillings on a portion of the crepe sheet. Fold it, and repeat the process twice. What you have then is a meat crepe that sorta resembles a lasagne (bar sauces and multiple layers).
