Cha Ca, fillets of fish grilled on an iron plate and stirred into a m�lange of rice noodles, cilantro, mint leaves, shreds of shrubbery, halved peanuts, and doused in an intoxicating mix of muoc nam (fish sauce), vinegar, sugar. Muddle and serve. Made in Hanoi. Posted by Hello
